DC Amarpreet extended New Year’s greetings to all the attendees

On the occasion of the beginning of the new year, Sukhmani Sahib Ji’s Path was conducted at the District Administrative Complex.
During the event, Deputy Commissioner Fazilka, Amarpreet Kaur Sandhu, extended her congratulations to the officers, employees, and residents of all district departments on the occasion of the New Year.
On this occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner (G) Dr. Mandeep Kaur, SDM Fazilka Veerpal Kaur, Assistant Commissioner Amandeep Singh Mavi, and Assistant Commissioner (UT) Arvind Kumar were present as special participants.
As 2026 approached, the Deputy Commissioner extended warm wishes to all officers and employees expressing hope that the New Year would usher in abundant happiness for everyone.
She said that on the occasion of the New Year, we should ensure that the people who come to get work done at the office benefit from the services in a better way.
She said that every needy and deserving person coming to the offices should not face any kind of difficulty. She said that everyone should be treated well, understanding their duty and their work should be done on priority basis.
She mentioned that to mark the beginning of the new year, a recitation of Sukhmani Sahib Ji was arranged. During the event, the entire Sangat participated and found joy in the Kirtan of Gurbani.
The reciters captivated the gathering with Shabad Kirtan, and prayers were conducted for the well-being of everyone. Following this, Guru ka Atutt Langar was served to all present.
