8 IAS officers promoted as Additional Chief Secretary

The Tamil Nadu government has promoted 8 IAS officers of 1992 batch as Additional Chief Secretary and given them new postings. Orders have been issued for promoting them to the Chief Secretary pay scale.
They have been assigned a new posting as Additional Chief Secretary.
They are IAS J. Radhakrishnan Additional Chief Secretary, Cooperative Food and Consumer Protection Department, IAS Mangatram Sharma _ Minorities Welfare Department, IAS Pradeep Yadav – Highways and Minor Ports Department, IAS K Gopal Additional Chief Secretary- Transport Department, IAS Kumar Jayant – Revenue and Disaster Management Department.
IAS Rajesh Lakhoni has been appointed as Tamil Nadu electricity board Chairman, IAS Neeraj Mittal – Information Technology and Disaster Management Department and Rajendra Kumar has been promoted on deputation as Additional Secretary in the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
