5 IAS promoted as Additional Chief Secretary level

Jaipur : January 2023 : The Rajasthan government has promoted large number of IAS officers.
Five have been promoted to Chief Secretary Grade while others were promoted up to the pay matrix 11 level.
Akhil Arora (IAS: 1993: RJ), who was given a proforma promotion, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary Finance, Excise and Taxation.
Aparna Arora (IAS: 1993: RJ), promoted to Chief Secretary Grade, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary Revenue, Colonization, Army Personnel Welfare Department and Shrine Department.
Shikhar Agrawal (IAS: 1993: RJ), promoted to Chief Secretary Grade, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary Forest, Environment and Climate Change.
Sandeep Verma (IAS: 1993: RJ), promoted to Chief Secretary Grade, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Science and Technology Department.
Bhawani Singh Detha (IAS: 1999: RJ), promoted to Chief Secretary Grade, has been appointed as Principal Secretary Higher and Technical Education.
Vikas Sitaram Bhale (IAS: 1999: RJ), who was given proforma promotion, has been appointed as Principal Secretary Labour, Industries and Boiler Inspection; and Medical and Health Services Department (ESI) and Commissioner, Labour Department.
Dr Pratibha Singh (IAS: 2007: RJ), promoted to Suppertime Pay Scale Level 14 Pay Matrix, has been appointed as Commissioner, Panchayati Raj.
Vishwa Mohan Sharma (IAS: 2010: RJ), promoted to Suppertime Pay Scale Level 13 Pay Matrix, has been appointed as Special Secretary Revenue Department.
Mahendra Kumar Parakh (IAS: 2010: RJ), promoted to Suppertime Pay Scale Level 13 Pay Matrix, has been appointed as Commissioner Industry, Commerce and Corporate Social Responsibility and Special Secretary, Corporate Social Responsibility.
Hridesh Kumar Sharma (IAS: 2010: RJ), promoted to Suppertime Pay Scale Level 13 Pay Matrix, has been appointed as Director and ex-officio Special Secretary, Local Bodies Department.
Sohan Lal Sharma (IAS: 2010: RJ), promoted to Suppertime Pay Scale Level 13 Pay Matrix, has been appointed as Special Secretary, Chief Minister, Rajasthan.
Anuprerna Singh Kuntal (IAS: 2010: RJ), promoted to Suppertime Pay Scale Level 13 Pay Matrix, has been appointed as Commissioner Child Empowerment Department and Ex-Officio Special Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department.
Shakti Singh Rathore (IAS: 2010: RJ), promoted to Suppertime Pay Scale Level 13 Paty Matrix, has been appointed as Managing Director, Rajasthan Finance Corporation and Special Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department.
