Chandigarh, 13 June 2019: Four Punjab IAS officers on Ex India leave, additional charge given to others

Chandigarh, June 13: The Punjab Government has given additional charge to four IAS Officers due to some IAS officers going on Ex India leave and training programme.
As per orders issued by the government Rahul Tiwari, IAS Secretary, Employment Generation & Training and Mission Director, Punjab Skill Development Mission and Commissioner, Roopnagar Division, Roopnagar and Nodal Officer, Anti Drug Abuse and Campaign (Department of Home) is on Ex-India leave from 11-06-2019 to 30-06-2019.
During this period D.K. Tiwari, IAS, Principal Secretary, Technical Education and Industrial Training will look after the work of the posts of Secretary, Generation & Employment Training and Mission Director, Punjab Skill Development Mission.
R.K. Kaushik, IAS, Secretary, Power &New and Renewable Energy Commissioner, Faridkot Division, Faridkot will look after the work of the post of Commissioner, Roopnagar Division, Roopnagar.
Kumar Rahul, IAS, Secretary cum- Director, Mines and Geology and Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities and Secretary, Home Affairs, Justice and Jails will look after the work of the post of Nodal Officer, Anti Drug Abuse Campaign (Department of Home).
Vijay Namdeorao Zade IAS Secretary, Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board and Secretary Expenditure Department of Finance is on ex India leave from 14-06-2019 to 24-06-2019. During this period Varun Roojam, 1AS, Managing Director, Markfed will look after the work of the post of Secretary, Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board.
Abhinav, IAS, Managing Director, Punjab State Warehousing Corporation LTD Director, Treasury and & Accounts and Special Secretary, Expenditure Department of Finance will look after the work of the post of Secretary Expenditure, Department of Finance.
Bhupinder Singh, IAS Executive Director, BACKFINCO and Special Secretary Rural Development & Panchayats and Member Secretary, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission and Member Secretary, Punjab State Backward Commission is on Ex-India leave from 15-06-2019 to 30-06-2019.
During this period Balwinder Singh Dhaliwal, IAS Director Social Justice, Empowerment & Minorities Executive and Executive Director Punjab State Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation will look after the work of the posts of Executive Director, BACKFINCO and Member Secretary, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission and Member Secretary, Punjab State Backward Classes Commission
Sumer Singlh Gurjar, IAS Commissioner, Ferozepur Division, Ferozepur Short term Training Programme on Financial Analysis for non Financial Managers at the University Chicago USA from 10-06-2019 to 14-06-2019 & Earned Leave (Ex-India) from 15-06-2019 to 23-06-2019.
During this period Chander Gaind, IAS Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur has been given the additional charge of Commissioner, Ferozepur Division, Ferozepur. The copy of the orders is as under:
