ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ 6 ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਗੈਰ-ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਪਾਏ ਗਏ

ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ. ਸੁਨਾਮ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਬ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਸੁਨਾਮ ਊਧਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਫਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਚਨਚੇਤ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ, ਪਟਵਾਰਖਾਨਾ, ਫਰਦ ਕੇਂਦਰ, ਖਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਦਫਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ  ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ 6 ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਗੈਰ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਪਾਏ ਗਏ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਸਤ ਦਰੁਸਤ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਜ਼ਾਹਿਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮਿਲੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਘਨਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਥੋਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਡਾ. ਸੰਦੀਪ ਗਰਗ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਸਿਵਲ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾਲਾਤੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੈਰਕਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ ਨੇ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾਲਾਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੁਸਾਸ਼ਨ ਬਣਾਏ ਰੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ।

ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਅਨੁਸਾਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਭੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬਣਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਅਮਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇ।

ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਜਾਂਚ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਵਾਲਾਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਮਹੁੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਾਠੀ, ਐਸ.ਪੀ ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਨਾਇਬ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ।

Hoshiarpur, July 9:

A progressive farmer named Jasvir Singh of village Feroz Rolian is engaged in modern farming by conserving water and electricity. Engaged in direct sowing since the last three years, this farmer has this year too gone for direct sowing of paddy in his 12 acre land.

Apart from this, he has installed solar panels for saving electricity and has also taken to allied vocation of Dairy Farming alongside farming which has made him a role model for the other farmers too.

The Deputy Commissioner Isha Kalia appreciating the progressive farmer said that the other farmers must emulate Jasvir Singh and adopt this modern way of farming. The Deputy Commissioner also added that the ground water level is depleting fast and that puts the onus on us all to conserve this precious treasure bestowed by the nature for posterity.

Divulging more, the Deputy Commissioner said that the Punjab Government is planting 550 saplings in every village and this effort is dedicated to the 550th Parkash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

The Deputy Commissioner also exhorted the masses to come forward in giving fillip to the campaign to save water and plant maximum saplings. The Deputy Commissioner also called upon the farmers to shed traditional crop cycle and opt for alternative farming.

The farmer Jasvir Singh elaborating about his innovative methods said that he is engaged in sowing wheat and paddy in his 12 acres of land and has even used Drum Seeder invented by the Tamilnadu University for the experimental purposes in his fields and he is making use of the same for direct sowing of paddy.

He also said that he has installed meter for checking the draining of tube well water from his fields and he is also using the meter for saving water through irrigation with raingun. He further added that he has also installed solar panels of 3 KW which results in minimal electricity bill.

He further disclosed that he sowed wheat in 2016 without resorting to paddy burning by self manufactured Special Seed Drill. After that, each year he engages in paddy harvesting through combine equipped with the Super Straw Management technique and also going for direct sowing of wheat with Happy Seeder.

The Chief Agricultural Officer Dr. Kulveer Singh Chhina divulged that opting for direct sowing instead of traditional paddy crop leads to saving of water to the tune of 65 percent. He also informed that the directly sown paddy crop doesn’t require daily usage of water but only like the routine crops.

ਇਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਵਨਸ਼ਤਾ ਦੀ ਯੋਗ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਬਾਬਾ ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈ ਮਤੀ ਦਾਸ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਭ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਤੇ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਗਿੱਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੱਕੇ ਕੂੜੇ ਦੇ ਨਿਪਟਾਰੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਕੁਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਵਨਸ਼ਤਾ ਪੁਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੋਟੀਵੇਟਰਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਰਸੋਈ ਵਿਚਲੇ ਗਿੱਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਸੁੱਕੇ ਕੂੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕੂੜੇਦਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਗਿੱਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੱਕੇ ਕੂੜੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਹੀ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਦਗੀ ਮੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।

ਇਸ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੁੱਕੜ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪੋ-ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰਾਂ, ਗਲੀਆਂ-ਨਾਲੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਸ-ਪਾਸ ਚੌਗਿਰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਲਾਸਟਿਕ ਦੇ ਲਿਫ਼ਾਫ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਕਾਗ਼ਜ ਅਤੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਦੇ ਬਣੇ ਬੈਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸੈਨਟਰੀ ਸੁਪਰਵਾਈਜ਼ਰ ਸਤੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਕਰਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਮੋਟੀਵੇਟਰ ਲੋਕਪਾਲ ਤੇ ਰਿੰਕੂ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
