Jaipur : January 2023 : The Rajasthan government has promoted large number of IAS officers.
Five have been promoted to Chief Secretary Grade while others were promoted up to the pay matrix 11 level.
Akhil Arora (IAS: 1993: RJ), who was given a proforma promotion, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary Finance, Excise and Taxation.
Aparna Arora (IAS: 1993: RJ), promoted to Chief Secretary Grade, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary Revenue, Colonization, Army Personnel Welfare Department and Shrine Department.
Shikhar Agrawal (IAS: 1993: RJ), promoted to Chief Secretary Grade, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary Forest, Environment and Climate Change.
Sandeep Verma (IAS: 1993: RJ), promoted to Chief Secretary Grade, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Science and Technology Department.
Bhawani Singh Detha (IAS: 1999: RJ), promoted to Chief Secretary Grade, has been appointed as Principal Secretary Higher and Technical Education.
Vikas Sitaram Bhale (IAS: 1999: RJ), who was given proforma promotion, has been appointed as Principal Secretary Labour, Industries and Boiler Inspection; and Medical and Health Services Department (ESI) and Commissioner, Labour Department.
Dr Pratibha Singh (IAS: 2007: RJ), promoted to Suppertime Pay Scale Level 14 Pay Matrix, has been appointed as Commissioner, Panchayati Raj.

The Tamil Nadu government has promoted 8 IAS officers of 1992 batch as Additional Chief Secretary and given them new postings. Orders have been issued for promoting them to the Chief Secretary pay scale.
They have been assigned a new posting as Additional Chief Secretary.

IAS Rajesh Lakhoni has been appointed as Tamil Nadu electricity board Chairman, IAS Neeraj Mittal – Information Technology and Disaster Management Department and Rajendra Kumar has been promoted on deputation as Additional Secretary in the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

13 IAS officers get responsibility to monitor development works in the districts

IAS officers of Uttarkhand get new postings

The Uttarkhand government has entrusted 13 IAS officers with a new responsibility to monitor development works in the districts.
Orders have also been issued regarding this on 22nd December.[
As per the order, 13 senior IAS officers have been appointed as district-wise in-charge officers to speed up the development works and for continuous monitoring.
The IAS officers have been instructed to review the development works in the district.
The officers will work as coordinator between the government and the districts administrations.
One Principal Secretary has been nominated as district in-charge by the government to review development works in all 13 districts and establish coordination between the government and the district.
New responsibility is assigned to the below IAS officers, Nainital – Principal Secretary, L Fannai, Pithoragarh – Secretary, Ravinath Raman, Tehri Garhwal – Secretary, Sachin Kurve, Haridwar – Principal Secretary, RK Sudhanshu, Dehradun – Secretary, Nitesh Kumar Jha, Pauri – Secretary, Dilip Jawalkar, Rudraprayag – Secretary, R Rajesh Kumar, Udham Singh Nagar – Secretary , BVRC Purushottam, Champawat – Secretary, Chandresh Kumar Yadav, Uttarkashi – Secretary, Harish Chandra Semwal, Chamoli – Secretary, Dipendra Kumar Chowdhary, Bageshwar – Secretary, Vinod Kumar Suman, Almora – Secretary, Pankaj Kumar Pandey.

Manavjit Singh Dhillon & Harpreet Kaur promoted as DIG

Patna’s SSP Manavjit Singh Dhillon has been promoted. He has been promoted from SP rank to DIG. Along with him, the state government has also made his wife and SSP Gaya Harpreet Kaur as DIG. Including these two, a total of 7 IPS officers have got promotion in DIG rank. A notification has been issued by the Home Department late on Friday evening.

Apart from these, the state government has promoted 4 IPS officers of IG level to the rank of ADG. In which IG of Prohibition Unit Amrit Raj, his wife and Special Secretary of Home Department KS Anupam, MR Nayak and Ratna Sanjay Katiyar who went on central deputation have got promotion in ADG rank.

At the same time, 9 IPS including IPS Manu Maharaj, who went on central deputation, have been promoted from DIG to IG by the state government. Apart from all these, there are 11 such IPS officers who have been promoted in salary grade. The promotion of all these will be applicable from January 1, 2023.

Hoshiarpur, December 19  Former Rajya Sabha MP Avinash Rai Khanna said that former Chief Minister of Gujarat Vijaybhai Rupani is a skilled politician and possessor of pro-people thinking.

Khanna expressed the above views while meeting Vijaybhai Rupani at the BJP office in Chandigarh and sharing a picture with him on social media.

He initially joined the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad as a student activist. After this he joined Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and Jana Sangh in the year 1971.

Khanna said that apart from various party posts, Vijaybhai Rupani has also held the post of Chief Minister of Gujarat. Khanna told that he has also worked as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha with Vijaybhai Rupani.

Khanna said that his Rajya Sabha tenure with Vijaybhai Rupani was unforgettable.

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਗਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਬਿਓਪਰ ਮੰਡਲ (ਪੀਪੀਬੀਐਮ) ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੂਬਾ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਮਹਿਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਆਯੂਸ਼ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਦਸਤਖਤਾਂ ਹੇਠ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਦਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਾ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵਿਵੇਕ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ, ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ, ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ: “ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਈਮੇਲ ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦੇਖੋ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ/ਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਭੇਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ (ਈਮੇਲ ਆਈਡੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ) ਇਸ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰੋ। ਜੇਕਰ ਈਮੇਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਵਿਵੇਕ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਨੂੰ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ, ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਟਿੱਪਣੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, “ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੀਐਸਐਲਜੀ ਦੇ ਓ/ਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਈਮੇਲ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਲੱਭੋ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ/ਨੀਤੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਭੇਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ (ਈਮੇਲ ਆਈਡੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ) ਇਸ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਰੋ।”

ਇਹ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਮਹਿਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਯੂਸ਼ ਅਗਰਵਾਲ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਮੀਦ ਜਤਾਈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਾ ਜਲਦੀ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਵਰਗ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਦਾ ਸਾਹ ਆਵੇਗਾ।

ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੈਗਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਥਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਰੇਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੁਲਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਫੌਰੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਰੇਟ ਵਸੂਲੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰੇਆਮ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੀ ਪੀ ਬੀਐਮ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਉਣ-ਜਾਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਪਾਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਸਕੂਟਰਾਂ, ਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਹਰ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਖੇਤਰ ਦਾ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ ਹਰ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਰੇਟ ਵਸੂਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ। ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੀਪੀਬੀਐਮ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਚੁੰਬਕ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜੀ ਐਸ ਟੀ/ਐਸ ਜੀ ਐਸ ਟੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਮਾਲੀਆ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਪਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਹਨ ਪਾਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਏ (ਨੇੜੇ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਥਾਨ) ਦੇ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਪ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਦੇ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਪ ਦੇ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਯਤਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਸੁਣਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਏ, ਮਾਤਾ ਰਾਣੀ ਰੋਡ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਖਰੀਦੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਡਿਲੀਵਰੀ ਲਈ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਰਕਮ ਵਸੂਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮਾਫੀਆ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਇਨਸਾਫੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਵਤੀਰਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਮੰਡੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਅਸਹਿ ਹੈ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੈਗਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਦਰਾਂ ਤੈਅ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਪਾਂ ਦੇ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਬੇਇਨਸਾਫ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬਰਦਾਸ਼ਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਸਟਾਪਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਤਰਸਯੋਗ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਏ (ਮਾਤਾ ਰਾਣੀ ਚੌਕ) ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ।

According to official reports Rs.30193.09 Crore payments have been cleared by department and Rs.29124.02 Crore payment has been released to farmers.

Well planned monitoring of Ghanshyam Thori proves useful

The team of officers led by Ghanshyam Thori a high profile IAS officer of the state who is serving as Director of Food & Civil Supplies department has took up a lot of steps which has improved the performance of the department and brought in effectiveness and efficiency to deliver. He leads from heart.

Known for her good work, one of the senior officials of the department, Dr Anjuman Bhaskar who is serving as Joint Director is always seen on toes to implement the policies of the department. She always play a pivotal role.

It is a first posting of Ghanshyam Thori at the state headquarters, earlier he has served as DC of Bathinda, Barnala, Sangrur and Jalandhar.  As a DC of four districts, he has proved to be hardworking and meticulous.

ਬਠਿੰਡਾ, 29 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ:  ਕੀ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੀਲ ਗਰਗ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ  ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ? ਇਹ ਸਵਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸਫ਼ਾ ਵਿਚ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ ! ਚਰਚਾ ਦੀ ਵਜਾ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਕੀ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ  42 ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਵੱਖੋ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ਉਤੇ ਨਾਮਜਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨੀਲ ਗਰਗ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ !

ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਨੀਲ ਗਰਗ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ਉਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਤੌਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ   ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜਾਰੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਮੰਨੀ ਗਈ,  ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਦਿਤੇ ਕਾਰਣ, ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀਆ ਚਰਚਾਵਾਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਨਿਰੀਖ਼ਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਏਜੰਡੇ ਉਤੇ ਹਨ ! ਇੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਵਰਨਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨੀਲ ਗਰਗ ਦੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸੁਪਰੀਮੋ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਤੇ ਮੁਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਨਿੱਘੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਹਨ !

ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਮਾਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੰਗ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਵੀ ਅਨੰਦਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਤੌਰ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਸਰ ਅਨੰਪੁਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਿਸਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ! ਮਾਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੰਗ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਕੌਂਸਿਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ  ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੀ ਸੈਨੇਟ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੇਂਬਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ! ਉਹ ਨੌਜ਼ਵਾਨ ਵਰਗ ਵਿਚ ਚੰਗਾ ਅਧਾਰ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ !

ਇੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਵਰਨਣਯੋਗ ਕਿ ਨੀਲ ਗਰਗ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਪਛਾਣਿਆ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਚੇਹਰਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਰਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਿਸਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਅਕਸਰ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੋਈ 20 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿਚ  ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ !  ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਤੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਚੰਗਾ ਅਧਾਰ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਗੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸੂਜਬੂਜ ਵੀ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ   ਅਤੇ  ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹੈ !

ਉੱਚ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲੜਨ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਢੁਕਵੇਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਅਪਣੇ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਰੀਏ ਜਾਰੀ ਹੈ ! ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾ ਹੈ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਬੱਦਲ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਆਪ ਦਾ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਜਿੱਤਕੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿਚ ਬਣਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸਥਾਨ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ! ਇਸੇ ਸਿਲਸਿਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਉਤੇ ਉਭਰ ਰਹੇ ਆਗੂ ਨੀਤੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਆਪ ਸੁਪਰੀਮੋ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਲੰਬਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਟਾਂਦਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਕਾਫੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਹੱਤਵ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ !

ਉਧਰੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਵੀ ਬਤੌਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ  ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ !  ਵਰਨਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ 2019 ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਵੱਧ ਚੱੜ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿਚ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤੇ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕਾ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਬਤਾ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ! ਕੱਲ ਹੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਏ ਇਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿਚ ਹਿਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ !

ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਵਿਧਾਨਕਾਰ ਰਹੇ ਜਗਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਕਈ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਵੀ ਬਤੌਰ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ,  ਉਹ ਇਕ ਨਰਮ ਤਬੀਅਤ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ! ਨਕਈ ਬਾਦਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਮੁਖ ਪਾਰਲੀਮਾਨੀ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਵੀ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਬਾਦ ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਵੀ ਰਹੇ ! ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਕਈ ਇਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਹਿਕਾਰੀ ਆਗੂ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਲੰਬਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਇਫ਼ਕਾ ਵਿਚ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ! ਅੱਜ ਕੱਲ ਜਗਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਕਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੀ ਜਗਾ ਇਫ਼ਕੋ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਹਨ !

ਸ਼ਿਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸੰਕਟ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਲੜ ਰਿਹਾ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਚਰਚਾ ਸੁਨਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ ! ਕਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਖਿਆਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਰਸਿਮਰਤ ਕੌਰ ਬਾਦਲ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹਿਸਾ ਨਾ ਲੈਣ ਕਿਓਂਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਚੋਣ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਥੋੜੇ ਫਰਕ ਨਾਲ ਜਿਤੀ ਸੀ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਜਿਥੇ ਊਨਾ ਨੂੰ 29000 ਦੇ ਲੱਗ ਭੰਗ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੀਡ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ ! ਅੱਜਕਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਗਤਿਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਘੱਟ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਵੱਡੇ ਵੋਟ ਬੈਂਕ ਨਰਮ ਦਲੀਏ ਸਿਖਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵਰਗ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਵੱਲ ਮੁੜਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਸਫ਼ਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੀ ਉਤਸਾਹ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ
