ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਅੱਜ 13 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਲਾ ਰੋਜਗਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਬਿਊਰੋ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੇਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੇਕਟ “ਸਮਰੱਥ“ ਤਹਿਤ ਚਾਰ ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਮੁਫਤ ਸਾਫਟ ਸਕਿੱਲ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਭਾਈ ਮਹਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਾਲ, ਪਹਿਲੀ ਮੰਜਿਲ, ਰੈਡ ਕਰਾਸ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ 10 ਵਜੇ ਤੋ 12 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੁਫਤ ਸਾਫਟ ਸਕਿੱਲ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਮਿਸ ਰਾਜਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਵਜੋ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਉਹਨਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਟੀਵੇਟ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਸਮੱਰਥ ਸਾਫਟ ਸਕਿੱਲ 4 ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਕੋਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਾ: ਕੁਲਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਸਿਸਟੈਂਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੇਸਰ ਮੀਮਿਟ ਕਾਲਜ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬੇਰੋਜਗਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਮੇਲਿਆਂ ਜਾ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਦੇਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਸਨੇਲਟੀ ਡਿਵੇਲਪਮੈਂਟ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਪੁਰਵਕ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ।
ਇਸ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੋਟਲ 64 ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ “ਸਮੱਰਥ-ਸਾਫਟ ਸਕਿੱਲ“ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸ਼ੋਕ ਜਿੰਦਲ ਜਿਲਾ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਉੱਤਪਤੀ, ਹੁਨਰ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਅਫਸਰ (ਜ) ਨੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਲੇਸਮੈਂਟ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਦਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਰਾੜ ਨੇ ਭਾਈ ਮਹਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਾਲ, ਪਹਿਲੀ ਮੰਜਿਲ, ਰੈਡ ਕਰਾਸ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਦੇਣ ਆਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੌਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਉਹਨਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡੀ.ਬੀ.ਈ.ਈ ਬੇਰੋਜਗਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੁਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾਂ ।

All treatment facilities are available near home to quit drugs

With a view to eradicate the drug menace from the state, the Punjab Chief Minister has opened new Oat Centers in the district so that the drug addicts could get the de-addiction drugs near their homes and easily quit drugs.
Giving information in this regard, Mr. Vineet Kumar IAS The Deputy Commissioner said that 9 oat centers were already functioning in the district and 11 new oat centers have been opened. There are now a total of 20 government oat centers in the district. These centers and private centers are periodically checked by the health department under the supervision of experts.
The Deputy Commissioner constituted a team of experts from the health department to personally check the private drug de-addiction centers and the records of the private centers were checked and it was observed that the private centers were functioning as per the instructions and records of the government.
He directed the private centers to work in accordance with the guidelines given by the government from time to time. He instructed the doctors of the centers that no difficulty should be allowed to the drug addicts who come here and priority should be given to drug addicts by admitting them.

Faridkot police Saanjh Wing organised mega medical and dental check-up of police employees and their family members in collaboration with Rotary Club, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences and Dashmesh Dental Hospital Faridkot.
On this occasion, SSP Faridkot Avneet Kaur Sidhu motivated the police officials to keep themselves healthy and thanked the team of doctors for their services.
During this camp, expert doctors checked approximately 115 police employees and their family members.
Special check-up for cancer detection was done in Rotary Cancer research van and doctors gave pecautionary tips to all officials.

Deputy Commissioner Jaspreet Singh and District Police Chief Gaurav Tura inspected the old food market and the market near Gurdwara Chowk with a view to alleviate the traffic congestion of the city dwellers and ensure smooth and smooth flow of traffic.
Deputy Commissioner Jaspreet Singh directed the illegal constructions on the site of the old grain mandi near the market to take immediate initiative to keep the goods within their limits.
He said that with the goods kept outside the shops, where the traffic was disrupted, there was a danger of road accidents. He said that in the food markets of the district along with the city of Mansa no person would be allowed to occupy the premises illegally.
Jaspreet Singh said that there was a plan to construct a parking lot for the adjoining market on the site of Mansa Old Grain Market, which would make it easier for the visitors to park their vehicles and also help the people to avoid any traffic congestion. There will be relief for the common man.
He appealed to the shopkeepers and city dwellers to cooperate in this campaign launched by the district administration to solve the traffic problem.

Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori today asked the police department to register FIRs against as many as 99 colonizers under the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act (PAPRA) for developing illegal colonies in the district in the last two years. Of these, 12 colonies fall within the jurisdiction of commissionerate police while remaining 87 in areas under SSP Rural.
The Deputy Commissioner who is also holding the additional charge of Chief Administrator of Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) has sent a compiled list of unauthorized colonies that camp up during the last two years along with letters sent by the JDA to lodge FIRs against the owners of these colonies.
The JDA had written to both Commissionerate and Rural Police about the mushrooming of illegal colonies falling within its jurisdiction; now both the authorities were asked to inform as to what action have taken on the reported illegal colonies, said the deputy commissioner.
The DC said that the commissionerate and Rural Police have been directed to ensure registration of FIRs against the colonizers mentioned in the comprehensive list, if not lodged so far and intimate the district administration of the action taken by the police.
He further mentioned that the applications of the colonies mentioned in the list were dismissed by the JDA on account of not depositing requisite fee and documentation under the regularization policy, following which the police department was time to time asked to take legal action as per the provisions of PAPRA Act.
Mr. Thori reiterated that administration would leave no stone unturned to rein in the practice of unauthorized colonization in the district as a drive against such activities has already been launched by the authorities concerned with an illegal colony that was recently razed down in village Dhadda.
He said that these colonies not only caused huge loss to the state exchequer but also inflicted fraud on the people as residents of these colonies suffer problems due to the lack of basic infrastructure like electricity, road, drinking water, sewerage system besides others. He said that concerned colonisers can contact Estate Officer Chander Sekhier on his mobile number 8196040008 for any query with respect to regularization of their colonies.

Placing prime focus on the National security aspect especially in the 6 border districts of the State, the Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit on Saturday emphasized complete coordination between the Central and the State security agencies so as to ensure that the unity and integrity of the country is maintained at all costs.
Interacting with the media persons here, the Governor apprised that today he alongwith the Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann took stock of the security scenario in the 6 border districts in a meeting with the officers from the Central and State Government agencies accompanied by the Sarpanches and the Panches of the border villages.
“The main agenda of the meeting was to evolve a robust mechanism to strengthen the security of these districts especially when the neighbouring country is finding ways to foment trouble in Punjab by drugs and weapons smuggling through drones”, said the Governor adding that there should be no scope for negligence in this regard.
Expressing concern that the drugs from across the border are falling into the hands of even school going children, the Governor solicited the peoples’ cooperation and exhorted them to be alert and tip off the police and other security agencies whenever such an nefarious activity takes place.
The Governor further pointed out that in order to channelize the energy of the youth specially those hailing from the border areas in a constructive manner, a scheme called AGNEEPATH would soon be unveiled in which the youth would be given adequate training besides employment in the army for 4-6 years.
“I would lend wholehearted support to every effort made by the Chief Minister for taking up issues of Punjab’s interest with the Government of India”, reiterated the Governor who also said that he would visit the border districts every 3 months to take stock of the security situation.
Speaking on the occasion, the Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said that Punjab is the land of martyrs having produced legendary revolutionaries such as Shaheed e Azam Bhagat Singh, Shaheed Udham Singh and Lala Lajpat Rai who sacrificed their lives in the freedom movement.
“Now, the brave youth of the State are carrying forward their legacy by serving in the army for defending the nation”, said the Chief Minister adding the focus of the State Government is on bringing industry in the border areas apart from the schools, colleges and the skill development institutions so as to provide job avenues to the youth who have talent in abundance but no means to harness the same.
“The State Government is also sparing no effort to bring Sainik Schools in Punjab with a view to produce future officers for the nation’s Armed forces”, added Bhagwant Mann.
Asserting that there must be no compromise on the issue of National security, the Chief Minister said that he would meet the Union Home Minister on April 12th for taking up the issue of providing state of the art technological apparatus to the Punjab Police for nipping the menace of cross border smuggling in the bud.
Likewise, the Chief Minister also said that the issue of farmers having lands across the barbed wire fence would be resolved soon to the satisfaction of those holding such land holdings.

ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿਖੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਮਾਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਤਕਾਲਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਜਾਇਦਾਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਇੰਤਕਾਲ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਬੇਲੋੜੀ ਦੇਰੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਰੀ ਲਈ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ/ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕੀਤੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪੋ-ਆਪਣੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਇੰਤਕਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਨੂੰ ਨੇਪਰੇ ਚਾੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਪੈਂਡੈਂਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੈਂਡੈਂਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ।
ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪੱਧਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ 2928 ਇੰਤਕਾਲ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਪੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 553 ਹੀ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀਮਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਪੈਂਡੈਂਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ-ਅੰਦਰ ਨਿਪਟਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਪੈਂਡੈਂਸੀ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ।
ਘਨਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਥੋਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਐਨ.ਡੀ.ਜੀ.ਆਰ.ਐਸ. ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਏਕੀਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਹੁਣ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 45 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਇੰਤਕਾਲ ਦੀ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਵੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਾਲ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀਮਾ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਇੱਕ ਲੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਇੰਤਕਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।
ਘਨਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਥੋਰੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਂਬੱਧ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਸਰ ਬਾਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਇੰਤਕਾਲ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀਮਾ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ 45 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਸਾਵੀ (ਖਸਰਾ ਪਲਾਨ ਦੀ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਕਾਪੀ) ਨੂੰ ਅੱਪਡੇਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਤੀ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਲ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਨੇਪਰੇ ਚਾੜ੍ਹਨ ਲਈ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮਜ਼, ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਇਬ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
